The reality of our current world is destructive innovation (such as dominating the taxi industry overnight) and complexity (due to the rapid growth of technology, information and connectivity). We are in the digital age. Organization designers believe that our traditional organizational method is not the reality of today, but to target the industrial era of the 20th century. Organizations that control these precise tasks are no longer bureaucratic, command and control levels, but are more responsive, agile and adaptable. Google, Tesla, Netflix are well-known examples, but less-known organization management, such as Holacracy, Spotify's agile team, Beta Orgs, self-organizing team, supports organizing the company in the future.
Holonomics is a powerful way to organize significant changes. It has five universal human values of strategy, innovation, design, system thinking, spirituality, interrelationship of nature, philosophy, literacy skills, physics, biology, business and peace, truth, love, justice and nonviolence . Together, with a very practical application, let's see a rare way of thinking. In January 2019, Maria and I plan to open a new course at Schumacher University of Holonomics. The course is based on two of our books, holonomics: customer relationship of human and earth and customer experience of the soul: a new era of design. Based on the expansion of human values and consciousness, we have written a book designed to help people learn how to actually influence the development and sustainability of the company.
Interconnectivity refers to a way in which groups of objects interact to form a complex whole that acts as a system. For closely related environmental, social and economic systems, interrelated concepts are often associated with sustainability. Therefore, sustainable development education tends to focus on attributes of social ecosystems and systems that intertwine people and nature. Interconnectivity may also refer to a phenomenon that is hard to think of as a system. For example, ideas, people, communities, problems, solutions may also be interrelated.
