7 Biggest Challenges Teachers Face

I interviewed over 50 nationwide teachers nationwide for my book "The teacher's record: face the needs of students, parents, administrators and society". One of the biggest challenges facing the teacher is to work with parents. Parents can be under the support of teachers and can cause recession for success. Here are five common contradictions with parents and a strategy to deal with each situation. The scene described is the real story of the teacher from the "teacher chronicle".

Teachers report that the destructive behavior of children is the biggest challenge they face, but these challenges also occur in the home environment. In a qualitative study carried out by Fox et al. Families reported that problem behavior always affects family systems, customs and activities. The findings support the viewpoint of a system to examine children's and family's problems through inter-related family circumstances rather than a single environmental variable. Given that families may play a role in the formation and maintenance of problem behavior, behavioral problems seem to be evaluated in the context of paternal interaction.

Collaborate with parents to reduce rewarding behavior of children: combine functional assessment and intervention

The biggest challenge faced by new teachers is classroom management. In another survey of 500 teachers, the teacher's experience (19% versus 7%) was more than doubled (Melnick & Meister), when teachers who worked within 3 years had problems with classroom behavior, 2008)

The biggest challenge for teachers is to integrate children into a combination of abilities. Teaching students with so many kinds of disabilities may be regarded as a teacher's challenge in comprehensive classroom instruction. Students with severe disabilities need to pay more attention than normal students. Therefore, teachers need to develop lesson plan / inexperience based on personal disability that has experience to deal with serious types of obstacles and prevent children from learning the skills they need.
