6 Types Of Assessment Of Learning

If the course teaches what the learning model is, the evaluation will be confused with "hmmm" - at, I assume that this will be learned by students, but it is okay after giving this evaluation .. ."Oh dear".

So what is the type of learning assessment? The picture below is from McGraw-Hill and offers six formats; the next time someone says "Evaluation", what kind of data do you do? I can do it.

One way to think about it: Evaluate students' strengths, weaknesses, knowledge and skills before teaching

Another way to think about it: It is terrible, but if the formative evaluation is an exam, you may think that the overall evaluation is a necropsy. What's wrong? Now that is over, what is right and what is wrong?

Concept: Compare the student's grades to other students (country group or other "norm")

One way to think about it: Measure the student's grades based on goals, specific goals, or criteria

One way to think about it: Periodically, at the end of the regular scoring period, evaluate the student's grades. You can predict the student's performance by year-end summary evaluation

Perform formative evaluation during the guidance period, evaluate your level and feed back their work to the students to determine the next level of work activity (McMillan 2011, p. 6). This kind of assessment is done in the course of the research, as research is monitored and student progress is recorded, it helps to improve the process (McMillan 2011, p. 8). Students improve the course learning through feedback and have the opportunity to send them to the correct learning direction. Learning problems can be distinguished within the course, act accordingly, and can coordinate coaching (McMillan 2011, p. 8). A comprehensive assessment is done at the end of the course to determine the level of student comprehension, knowledge and physical ability (McMillan 2011, p. 6). This is the purpose of this course to judge whether the lesson is positive and whether students have achieved the expected learning level.

6 (k) Understand the design, adaptation, or selection method of appropriate assessment to address the type of evaluation and scope of multiple purposes, and specific learning objectives and individuals, to minimize the source of bias . 6 (l) Learn how to analyze evaluation data, understand learning patterns and gaps, guide planning and guidance, and provide meaningful feedback to all learners. 6 (m) Know the timing and method to help learners analyze their own assessments and help them set learning goals. 6 (n) Understand the positive impact that effective descriptive feedback gives to learners and understand the various strategies to convey this feedback. 6 (o) Know when and how to evaluate and report on progress of learner based on criteria. 6 (p) Learn how to prepare for the learner's evaluation, and how to adapt to the conditions of evaluation and testing especially for students with disabilities and language learning needs.
