I really want to know the habit you use in your daily life. Please inform us in the comments below.
A month ago, I read Stephen Guises' s book "Mini Habits: Small Habits". The bigger result I like about Stephen is to emphasize that small changes may have a dramatic impact on your life. His concept of "mini habit" is what I incorporate into my life. So far, it works very well. Since I did not purchase a course book in a semester of a university, I just received a class examination once, so I can play Halo 3 more. In retrospect, I am not a problem, so I will not blame myself for being lazy. I am not here to avoid liability, but to clarify the truth rarely told:
Explaining my current learning habits is a very easy task. Since I was in the first semester of the university, I am trying to change my research habits. I am a three year student at Sierra College. These customs are very simple. "Postponement" and "Hurry". "Postponement" and "Hurry" mean that you will always be overwhelmed by doing your homework after waiting until the last minute. Two years later, I took 2 or 3 online courses. Due to different time, we succeeded. If there is a deadline on the same day (eg Sunday), this will be the end of my college life.
Changing your habits is one of three ways you know that you have the potential to change your life. In my opinion, the other two ways (changing enlightenment and your environment) change life only because they lead to change in habits. In any case, changing your daily habits is the most reliable of the three. Because of this habit, I learned to pay attention to perseverance. In 2012, I read "The Slight Edge". I am ready to accept this idea when I finally encountered a message that every day small effort is accumulated to achieve greater success. I can not understand without the inner experience of daily morning exercise.
