40 Hour Work Week

In the first article on October 20, there was a proposal to request that the industrial sector nationwide should work 40 hours per week. Everyone should work 8 hours a day - 40 hours a week. However, this is very flexible and I can understand that there is a weekly inefficiency on a regular basis. Everyone can organize their work within a week. This gives us a lot of freedom, but it also gives us a lot of responsibility in self organization. Since we were working in different time zones without a fixed timeline, we did not stand up so we decided to keep asynchronous. We recently started to work as "squad". In other words, a few people from different regions and departments have achieved their goals by the deadline. For example, one of the support team and one designer of one of the marketing team are working together. For this purpose, we have clear guidelines and write weekly reports to keep everyone up to date. This will help us stay focused and move faster
