Spiritual counseling relations and disciples training programs are not like apprentices, and apprentices learn skills from teachers. Professor Robert Clinton pointed out six types of spiritual mentors - disciples, spiritual mentors, coaches, counselors, teachers and sponsors. The disciples help the trainee to acquire specific habits based on Jesus' life and teachings. They can answer the question "What should I do?" "How can I do?" And "Why do I have to do this?" 4 "Spiritual guide" is "an expert evaluating spirituality". Once they have diagnosed the apprenticeship needs, they can provide specific tasks and ongoing responsibilities. 5 The coach offers apprentices "power, perspective and skills to achieve superior performance and effect". 6 They tend to focus on the development of specific fields such as psychiatry and interpersonal relationships. In general, teachers and tutors are people who instruct, instruct or support other people in the process of acquiring knowledge, understanding, or skills. How about spiritual teachers and tutors?
