Please read Thessalonica. Please emphasize that you are seeing the passage of the apostle Paul to lead new believers. For example,
He encouraged mutual relations (1 Thessalonians 1: 3; 3: 6; 4: 9, 10; 5: 11-15; 5: 26-27)
When he could not be there, he sent another believer to guide them (2 Thessalonians 3: 1, 2).
Every day this week we are asking God to show you the followers you want to invest through prayer. I want to lead a new believer or struggle

By using a series of Cru 's disciples training materials called Basic. These studies provide session guides that can be used to convey these concepts. Someone can follow them by following them, or you can check out the Reader's Guide for further help.
Spiritual counseling relations and disciples training programs are not like apprentices, and apprentices learn skills from teachers. Spiritual guidance is mainly to shape a mature Christian life and serve the students when problems arise. This does not mean that the teacher is perfect, but that he has more knowledge and experience about God's Word and is seeking a victorious Christian life. A spiritual tutor is essentially a teacher. This is not a "task training" type of education, as it gives knowledge and finds answers to questions of new believers together. This teaching should include the basic teachings of the Bible, such as God, Jesus, men, sins, salvation. Tutoring does not have to be experts on these topics, but you should know where to answer basic questions and find answers. Many times, the best teaching comes from research to find answers from the word of God (2 Timothy 2:15).
Professor Robert Clinton pointed out six types of spiritual mentors - disciples, spiritual mentors, coaches, counselors, teachers and sponsors. The disciples help the trainee to acquire specific habits based on Jesus' life and teachings. They can answer the question "What should I do?" "How can I do?" And "Why do I have to do this?" 4 "Spiritual guide" is "an expert evaluating spirituality". Once they have diagnosed the apprenticeship needs, they can provide specific tasks and ongoing responsibilities. 5 The coach offers apprentices "power, perspective and skills to achieve superior performance and effect". 6 They tend to focus on the development of specific fields such as psychiatry and interpersonal relationships. Counselors provide specific advice when appropriate. 7 They are just observers and provide valuable external perspectives. The teacher is a subject matter expert. How to find a mentor
In general, teachers and tutors are people who instruct, instruct or support other people in the process of acquiring knowledge, understanding, or skills. How about spiritual teachers and tutors? What is their role? More specifically, what does a spiritual or spiritual master in an unrealistic or advocate tradition do? Its purpose is not to disseminate knowledge and understanding, but to somehow make students aware of their true nature, the role of spiritual teachers / mentors is unique. This is much easier than just teaching someone's skills and understanding. Although spiritual teachers never provide spiritual directions, knowledge and understanding, knowledge and understanding are not the end in themselves. Students can understand spiritual principles widely, but they do not really realize that these principles are their principles.
