3M has been open for 100 years. In 1902, five young entrepreneurs established a mining company and manufacturing company in Minnesota State. However, they found that the deposits they were planning to mined were useless, so they had to "rethink". They took care to buy the necessary minerals to make sandpaper, their ingenuity and business won the company's success, and the foundation of the entrepreneurial spirit that has shaped the company so far I built it. Innovative organizations can identify market opportunities and respond to them. After identifying the needs of consumers, they will develop appropriate products such as Post-it®Note. Product development includes various processes ranging from completion of the original design concept to provision of final sellable products.
