Gompers soon learned that the problem the workers are most concerned about is personal. They want higher wages and better working conditions. The problem of these "bread and butter" always connects the working class. By keeping it simple, unions can avoid life traps from national unions and labor knights.
Samuel Gompards was born in 1850 as a Jewish tobacco family in London. In the heyday of the American Civil War, I went to Manhattan, and the Gompers family insisted on this trade. As a valid organizer and spokesperson, Gomppers became the head of the local tobacco trade union at the age of 27.
In December 1886, the Labor Order was deadly hit by Haymarket Square in the same year, Gompers met with other trade union leaders and formed an American labor union. L. A. Gomper received support from the US government and the people by refusing the adoption of a radical political reform program. By 1900, the team of L. AF. Has expanded to over 500,000 merchants. Gompers are regarded as informal leaders in the labor world of the United States

In the last twenty years of the 19th century, the United States received over 20,000 strikes. Workers have lost about half of them, but in many cases their requests were filled in whole or in part. When immature workers eventually gathered before the Great Depression, L. A. F. as an excellent national labor organization.
