32 Drivers of Organizational Change

Each organization change has a specific cause and needs to be implemented within the organization. See the potential force of the following 32 organizational changes, or the way they are also known as the driving force for organization change.

For over 6 years I have studied master's thesis on organizational change boycott. Over the past five years I have spent a lot of time researching organizational changes, especially the driving force of organizational change. And its source or power will lead to changes in the organization.

Some experts talk about sources, some of which include strength, and others use drive words. However, each of these words represents what causes organizational change in the organization.

Below is a list of 32 possible change drivers that I developed as a result of more than 200 years of research in the organization science literature.

I will not go into all details of power, it will be part of other articles about entrepreneurial spirit.

Before sharing this list, I would like to mention that this is still a valid version. This is part of my main paper as I have a doctorate, so I am currently working on a practical study of this list for small business.

As mentioned earlier, as organizations evolve, organizational control becomes more complex and organizational structure changes to accommodate changing situations. Spain is an emerging market and we are slowly integrating with the EU and world markets to see if cultural factors affect the organization's globalization and development structure.
