3 Better Ways to Define Success in Your Life (Because It's Not Always About the Money)

According to the definition of "success" of Merriam-Webster, rich, respect, or celebrities have succeeded.

Certainly some people read their heads and shake their heads sideways. These two groups are right or wrong; the truth is that these words mean many different things for different people.

Indeed, as part of a recent Readdress Success event, Strayer University has asked Merriam-Webster to change the official definition.

I prefer this definition - it still contains the above description (your personal goal may include making a lot of money!) But that also people who think more out of the box includes.

This encouraged me to develop three strategies for writing my own definition to understand how to define success.

Perhaps this is "pay student loan within 5 years", "tell me how to code for myself", or "quit my job and start full-time freelance work".

Please note that these are not necessarily your "biggest" achievements, but your most positive achievement. Of course, everyone is impressed that you graduated from the top school, but you may be proud of being afraid of your height or moving to a new town.

After gaining 5 achievements, please identify one or two common themes. Do you need the courage of all feat? Selfless Insistent? Is it intelligence? Mind it?

The common theme tells us what defines a long-term success vision. For example, my common theme is "creativity" - I find it very successful when I found an unexpected or innovative way to solve a problem

On the other side of the paper, it is proven that listing several things is not satisfying than you think.

I'll give it to you. Over the years, I've longed for a specific designer. After I found a milestone for freelance writers, I decided to buy shoes.

Well, I am still proud to reach this milestone - but even though I wear them I did not bring in an imaginary stimulus

Acknowledge that "success" does not make you happy, you can start replacing social definition with your own definition

However, defining a part of your opinion means to judge its meaning within the next few days, hours, even minutes.

I've implemented this concept by adding a new section called "Real Success" in my list. For example, there is a project called "Lunch with a friend". The other is "Practice Interview Answer 15 Minutes".

These two goals helped me to achieve two more successes: "to balance between work and life" and "to find a job I absolutely love."

Until then, I do not think I succeeded until I achieved these final goals. However, I am more mature and proud by making progress itself a success.

"Defining your own success" is one of the goals that seems wonderful but difficult to accomplish. However, these three strategies have been extremely helpful in creating individual definitions that are more suitable for me. What are you? Please teach me on Twitter.

Is there any other way to succeed? How do you define the success of this life? If you define success by earning a lot of money, and my advice is to spend a little time looking at your life's priority. Of course, the Macedonians have reasonable concerns about the economy, quality of life, and basic requirements - to have a decent job. But is there still a way to accomplish this while maintaining the integrity of your name, identity, and heritage? Is not this a valuable conversation before giving up your name?

As an entrepreneur and as earning a lot of money, reputation and fame are everyone's dream. It's setting goals, defining success, breaking the way and going through the way you want throughout your life. Most entrepreneurs hope to create their own dreams and follow them, so they will get rid of their pleasant work, execute their ideas and turn into business. One thing to keep in mind is that as an entrepreneur there is no "free size" or "magical solution". Every time an entrepreneur succeeds, you can see that "daily tempering" is the result of wealth and success. The reason why entrepreneurs pay attention to their goals and strive hard to achieve their goals is because dreams are an attractive part.
