Approximately 85% of our spoken English consists of 250 to 350 words. Core vocabulary is a relatively small number of words that have been identified as useful for communication in social and academic environments. The core vocabulary consists mainly of pronouns, verbs, descriptors and prepositions. There are few nouns. This module speaks and listens to the wider context of expression and acceptance communication for students with severe cognitive impairment. The content of this module is very important to understand the basic elements of DLM in conversation and listening and the various elements of every basic element in English art.
