The strong performance of our global leadership team PepsiCo has benefited from an experienced global leadership team devoted to the positioning of a new business structure for future growth.

Our Pepsi Executive Committee has demonstrated solid leadership and combines PepsiCo with over 415 years of experience. We also develop an MBA internship program through our leadership, annual "Honor Award" Sales Award and Leadership Development Program, our multicultural comprehensive summit, and recruitment of excellent and experienced leaders for ongoing success doing. Our leadership team is ready to penetrate the best Pepsi in all departments and regions, achieve profitable growth, expand global business, and continue the mission of performance.

In the fourth quarter of 2007, PepsiCo announced strategic adjustment to our organizational structure. Since 2008, we are currently divided into three business divisions as follows.

1) PepsiCo America's Foods (PAF), including all food and snacks operations in Latin America, including Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Foods North America, and Sabritas and Gamesa operations in Mexico.

2) PepsiCo Americas Beverages (PAB), PepsiCo Beverages North America and Latin America Beverage Businesses All

3) Including PepsiCo International (PI), UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa all PepsiCo business
