The Alliance's Summer Bridge program benefits from the expertise of high school and university faculty members. In the first summer bridge in June 2008, the Alliance team analyzed the student's placement skill gap test and then developed the original bridge course to address these gaps. Later, this year's Bridge University faculty will evaluate the student's diagnostic score and apply what you learned from the bridge's educational experience to improve the course. In summer bridge course, high school and university teachers are applying for guidance. The Alliance will choose to represent four high school teachers and all of the ECC. Both college and high school teachers report that this experience is beneficial and informative.
