This week's reissue command was scored by composer Roy Bard and the 1985 allied country WILD GEESE II (**** Caldera, late October), an amazing but fun mix of orchestras and mixes. Budd's score always sounds funny, but this is no exception. Brass action action music and the theme of love that sounds like PinoDonaggio are no exception. This was the first appearance of the score on the CD from the original master tape (had an LP version in 1985). Finally, we have two very good people in the Silva Screen and think what month it is. The first one is HAMMER HORROR: classic theme 1958-1974 (**** October 20), a slightly expanded vinyl record recently, gathering some of the wonderful work of the golden age Hammer movie I will.
