Timothy's first question about this letter to the author, there is much discussion among scholars. Some scholars say that it was written by "Paul" who is a believer of Paul and is one or two of the apostles Paul. Other scholars say that there are many differences in style, such as conjunctions, prepositions, pronouns. Many scholars believe that this argument is a discussion of four idyllic truths; about theological problems of history, stylistic, church, and letters.

The apostle Paul said to Timothy, "Turn your attention to your life and doctrine" (2 Timothy 4: 16). For me, the effective term of advisory is "you". Paul did not say that Timothy would put his own magnifying glass on everyone around him but to pay close attention to his life and teaching. The way he said this until we succeeded in solving the bridge tree from his own eyes was the same as Jesus' urge to resist the removal of small dust from the brother's eyes. (Matthew 7: 5)
