1.1 EMERGENCE OF THE PROBLEM

In addition to the clear educational elements outlined in Figures 1.1 and 1.2, educational research conducted over the past 30 years has emerged with some basic principles of effective education. These guiding principles can be regarded as the basis for effective and clear guidance and clearly guided elements can be regarded as a way to ensure that they are addressed in designing and providing guidance I will. Ellis and Worthington (1994) identified and described these principles in the review of studies on teacher effectiveness, and their explanation is the basis of this part of this chapter. These principles are briefly listed in Figure 1.3, and then each principle is explained in detail.

However, from a global perspective, there are various situations. An estimated 1.1 billion people worldwide are irrelevant to religion. According to the Pew Research Center, by 2050 the population of the group is estimated to increase by 100 million, the actual human proportion in this group will drop from 16.4% to 13.2%. The first reason is what researchers call "generation alternation". It is dull to say that old people going to church are dead and young people do not put their position on the bench. People born in a quiet generation (1928 to 1945) have a 3-fold higher faith rate than Millennial (1981 to 1996).
