As mentioned in the excellent article on Leadership Quarterly, formal leadership has three features. As you consciously contemplate the meaning of the story of your life story in your life experience, you develop these signs and gradually become true leaders. Clear Self Concept The real leader knows who they are and what they represent. They do not need to pretend to lead their role. The clarity of the self-concept provides a background for all activities, a source of stability and consistency. A true leader plays a role in the position of faith, not status and power. To understand the value of the life story approach in nurturing a true leader, this research is aimed at understanding the leader's life story, including the challenge and the moment of success, on their believer's perception of their authenticity It will explore how it affects. In addition, in order to understand the results of the organization related to investment in real leadership development, this survey will explore how real leadership affects the satisfaction of the followers' work. To investigate these issues, I designed an online survey to understand the relationship between the recognition of the life story and the authenticity of the leader, and the relationship between the credibility of the leader and the work satisfaction of the follower. The survey tool has a series of questions and two questions.

The results of this study will lead to true leadership research by presenting important leadership development strategies, especially important conclusions about the usefulness of the strategy focused on building and sharing a leader life story.
