[USC10] 4 USC 8: Respect for flag

The flag of the United States should not be discounted, the flag should not be immersed in someone or thing. Group colors, state flags, organization or agency flags should be used as symbols of honor

(A) In the event of serious danger to life or property, do not display flags with unions unless there is a sign of serious pain.

(B) Do not touch the flag, ground, floor, water, goods, etc.

(D) Do not use flags as clothes, bedding or bindings. Never fold, retract or fold. Blue, white, red flags are always arranged with blue on top, white on the center, red on the bottom. It covers the speaker's table, covers the front of the platform and is used for decoration.

(E) Do not fix, display, use, or store the banner in such a way as to easily tear, dirty, or hurt the banner.

(G) The flag shall not be placed on the flag, placed on any part of the flag, or attached to any signs, badges, letters, words, graphics, designs, pictures, or drawings of any nature .

(H) The flag shall not be used as a container for receiving, holding, transporting or transporting any item.

(I) The logo should not be used for promotional purposes. Do not embroider things like mats and handkerchiefs, printed on paper towels or boxes, printed in other ways, or intended for temporary use and disposal. Please do not fix advertising signs to staff who flags flag or sling.

(J) No part of the flag shall be used as a clothing or sports uniform. However, you can put a banner sticker on the uniform of members of the army, firefighters, police, patriot groups. The national flag represents a living country, and itself is considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag needle is a replica and must be worn in the left lapel near the heart.

(K) When the flag is no longer suitable for display, it should be destroyed in an impressive manner and burned if possible

Article 8 entitled "Respect for Flag States". "Flags should not be used as clothing, bedding or bindings" and "Do not use parts of the flag as clothing or sports uniforms". Article 3 of the "Flag Law" defines the "flag" as "one in which ordinary people of non-dispute are regarded as representing the flag of the United States". "Flag law" is a federal law in the United States, but penalties are not applied to civilians and organizations that do not comply with the "Flag Law". In fact, punitive law enforcement contradicts the freedom of expression of the first Amendment clause. The adoption of the suggested "Republican Flag Correction" will refuse an established legal case

The American flag regulations provide rules on the display and management of the flags of the United States of America. It is Chapter 1 of the United States Law Chapter 4 (4 U.SC. § 1 etseq). This is a federal law of the United States, but penalties will not apply if we do not comply with the law of Chapter 18 of the United States Law (§ 700 of 18 US). In 1990, the US Supreme Court ruled that the ban on incineration of the American flag was inconsistent with the right of freedom of expression of the first amendment in the US v. Aikman proceedings, therefore it is unconstitutional.
