However, establishing it through logical reasoning seems reliable, so when readers read that part they are weakened by the subject.

I agree with the author's reasoning, but I think that his salvation is not so rational. He uses logical reasoning to soften the reader, but never uses real references. One time, he said "The State Energy Management Bureau benefits from maintaining the current state and exercising strong political power, the important thing is the change in accountability for job performance and the loss of union activities in non-union schools So he spoke in a legitimate organization, but this is the organization that NEA can say that he most helps his career. Therefore, his reasoning is logical but not reasonable.

After reading this article, I will say that I am more convinced of his view, but I can not say the same to other readers that originally disagreed. Overall, although this article is well written, it will not win in a more critical reader's court, and if you face the people who initially strongly oppose it will not be his fault.
