This book is very interesting. I have love / hatred relationship with it as secret and important information is leaked slowly through this book. This made me want to continue reading, but at the same time it took me a long time to start to touch the point that the story is like this talker.
Everything about the world of this narrator is odd and clearly has a disturbing atmosphere. What is even frightening is that with the rapid development of technology, this will happen in the future. When that day comes, our values and ethics will be tested when trying to define moral and non-moral.
This story reminds me of many aspects of animal breeding. We refused to know what happened when meat and dairy products arrived on our dishes so we set up walls and gates to hide our horrifying truth.
In this case, the clone was created to collect everything from the body to protect "real human beings" from illness. About 60% of this book, I began to understand what happened. These "students" were proposed to be slaughtered. While others are in a worse state, the talker is lucky to be able to take some "ordinary" education.
Let me feel what this might happen, and I am scared. These students have feelings, emotions, intelligence, etc. but they are considered to be ready to be killed. They were taught that they would be donors when they were very young. Everything about it is standardized in a way that they think is problem free. They believe this is always a problem, not a problem. Everyone does not want to see the pain and the pain that must be experienced by the donor, so they even make the students a donor's carer. How did you mess up?
I thought that this relationship could not be accepted. Their so-called friendship and love are not near it anywhere. But this is what they know. Difficult conversations and deep conversations are avoided so quickly, surface interaction is the only acceptable means of communication. I think that the friendship between Kath and Ruth is toxic in many ways. It is almost the same as they do not know how to handle a friend. A good example I saw was a hut. Ruth has two identities: a person who wishes to pay veteran attention completely ignoring case and Tommy, and others who sit in the case at night and reveal secrets. Even though Ruth handles her so much, I think that's why Cathy is still friends with her. She had to filter herself frequently throughout my life, but it gave me some relief within hours of when she was drinking tea without filter paper. This makes her more serious self
Overall, I think that this book is very convincing. Although I'd like to have a wonderful ending, after all, we only receive the answer and it is Kath, Tommy, Ruth to get on the sunset.
The latter made me cry. It is the saddest book I have ever read that does not let me go, breaking my heart in the slowest and most cruel way. But the beauty of this book arises from these emotions. After finishing this book, I kept it with my hand for a few minutes just because I did not want to put it forever. The last 30 pages are the most noble page I have ever read.
