'Mow a message' to Team NZ taking off

Riding lawn mowers and visitors are the preferred lighting tools for the Chiefs fans of New Zealand. They want to see America's Cup trophies brought back by New Zealanders.

It started with Matakana Botanicals and offered sunscreen and lip cream to American's Cup staff.

They got a phone call, jumped on their lawn mowers and wrote a good wish visible from the height of the sky.

As the news video was posted on Facebook and the club suddenly collapsed on June 7th, the catamarans of the New Zealand team turned over before they passed the start line.

"After spending days like [Wednesday], the team's motivation for the New Zealand Emirates will never be low," the team replied on Facebook. "But this information brings further inspiration and smiles to the team, please continue reaping."

Devereux sought more New Zealanders to give New Zealand team news to their lawn, saying that getting support from his neighbors is "wonderful".

Now another company accepted his challenge to pass information about Bayswater Marina, Pineharbour Marina and Hobsonville Marina's grass.

Paula Herbert, co-owner of Bayswater, says: "For Grant Dalton and the team, please take your best wishes and bring your cup home and visit New Zealand Chiefs."

The response of social media was very positive, and Viaduct Harbor urged to respond to that support information.
