Percy Shely was one of the greatest romantic poets in his time and also known as one of the best lyric poets in the UK. Shelley's work "The Englishman" discusses two British classes, the stories of rich and poor, and how workers classes should be combined to make a revolution. That poem mentioned the British government and their madness of George III. This poem will be compared with William Black's "London" and contrasted. It talks about depreciation that London faced the mistake made by the government of the previous generation.

In 1606, England's James I wanted to set up a colony in North America. With the help of others, he founded a joint-stock company. This company is a company in Virginia state of London. As president of the company, James I issued three orders to men. He wants them to find money, find the way to the South China Sea, and find the Roanoke colony lost. Initially, the company in Virginia intended to allow colonial immigrants to sign and contract seven-year contracts in exchange for transportation, food and clothing. This proved to be infeasible and the service contract was immediately transferred to individuals who are willing to pay the company's transportation expenses. It was a pioneer of contract slavery and soon became the earliest solution to labor problems.
