I am a family male who is cooking a traditional grandmother, and since I am a mother, I have never learned (or had to learn) how to cook. This is the first obstacle, cooking itself seems to be a small world. Thus even a recipe is said to have a specific vocabulary to describe an undefined quantity such as "taste" specific instructions on how to accomplish something. Man, I truly dislike this expression ... dishes in the kitchen did not help. It seems to be a difficult game to know kitchen utensils. It starts with a very simple thing like "It is a knife", "It is a fork".

I am not a chef, but as cool kids said, I am an avid "foodie". I have always been passionate about food, cooking, and learning skills in the kitchen. I think this part is because my mother is a wonderful chef and I baked a lot. This is her ministry ... she cooks and cooks for others. To share food - just like sharing love. Another reason I cook is Jamie Oliver's fault. I have been very dissatisfied with him over the past 20 years. I fell in love with this lovely young man, as I saw the first episode of his first dish show "nude chef", and the food he made is cool looking. Also he is not ugly, I still think he is cute!
