'Grandmother' - A descriptive paragraph: a person I will always remember

I need help to edit descriptive paragraphs. I just want to know if there are any errors that need punctuation correction.

It is my grandmother that I always remember. She is a magical person I know. My grandmother is the one that everyone wants to be around and she always smiled on our face and I never even tried it. She laughs at the happiest and always jokes. That may be the reason we are always smiling! Regardless of the situation, my grandmother puts it in front of her, but she still helps us. She is very worried and always gives us a warm home; my cousin, I always like to live with her on weekends. My grandmother is like my best friend, I can talk to her about anything, she knows how to solve my problem. I do not know how this works for your entire application, but overall I think that the content is a little weak. You talked about how wonderful your grandmother is, but that does not really tell you who you are.
