In the past few days, I met various organizations "as doing the right thing" as one of its values. I adequately support this organizational value, but living as an entrepreneur is indispensable, meaning "doing the right thing" means different for different people in different organizations. In the service industry it is imperative that the organization acts for the customer's best interests and that "doing the right thing" should be directly related to the way you work with customers.
What do you mean "doing the right things"? This statement emphasizes that employees make decisions, carry out tasks and take action. This is for the benefit of the organization and its customers. Therefore, not all decisions make decisions that will benefit employees, their teams, or organizational units, but bring the organization closer to that organization and its clients' goals and objectives.
However, in many organizations, the result of "doing the right thing" varies depending on the skills and experience of employees, the pressure from inside and outside, the level of motivation, domestic affairs and so on. Unfortunately I thought it was formal for team ethics, budgetary constraints, limits on the scope of the role, ambiguity in strategic direction, and / or micro management. Doctrine to limit employees to cope with a challenging and changing business environment
"Doing the right thing" is such a simple expression, but many employees can not act effectively. The only way to "do the right thing" is to introduce agile innovation, to inform that innovative decisions, tasks and actions are beneficial and that the organization fully supports that goal and objective closeness It is to continuously learn, verify and evaluate in order to guarantee.
Unique excellence thinks "doing the right thing" is essential to the success of the organization. Organizations can only say that it is always doing the right thing only when the organization is alive and inhaling simple expressions.

You want to do the right thing, then do you want to know what the right thing actually is? Do you have universally correct things or are they different on a case by case basis, are they executed one by one? When you wake up in the morning, why do you set your intention as "value creation"? Regardless of who you are, when, where, why and why ... you have the opportunity to create value. We will also meet people who may extract value or destroy value. Do not blame them at this time or "blame" for opportunities. You just choose yourself. Choose "value creation".
The first thing you should know is the actual clarity of sharp minds. What does this mean to you? An avid heart is usually the most creative mind. Your brain is divided into two parts. The right handles all creative thinking and the other handles logical thinking. Now it is time for you to fully understand everything around you. It may relate to differences in technology, fitness, everyday knowledge, and pure knowledge and spam. We are in the era of smart phones, but we do not know how to use it well.
Life is short-lived, we all know. "Life is short-lived" does not mean that you need to do more to make the most of it. That actually means opposite. Please execute only the most important person, the most important person for you. Please block nonsense of your life and concentrate on what you love. Life is too short to worry about many things. Since your time is limited, please do not waste it in the lives of others. Do not be trapped by doctrine - this is consistent with the results of other people's thoughts. Please do not let other people's opinions drown out your inner voice. The most important thing is to have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. Somehow they already know what you really want to be. Everything else is secondary. - Steve Jobs, Stanford, 2005
