A friend points me to Adam Grant. He is a professor at Wharton School of Business. I listened to one of his podcasts, followed him on Twitter, and read an incredible article. He wrote as follows.

Not only that, our unconscious pattern shows that for the external environment, we are not happy and suffering, or we need to get something. Indeed, there is no need to suffer in any situation.
