Central Station Film Central Station (1998) was the second opportunity, and it began again. Retired teacher Dora wrote a letter to an illiterate stranger at the Brazilian central bus station in Rio de Janeiro. One of her clients, when her mother was killed in an accident outside, Dora went to see a little boy, Josue. She took him to the bus, truck and stranger and decided to see his father is far away. The journey will be the quest for one's identity: a boy looking for his father, a woman looking for her heart.
The video has been taken at CCTV to introduce the active living of the city. I chose the central station and all the busy people gathered there. The movie was inspired by a video titled "Movie camera man (1929)" originally. At the beginning of the movie, the director quickly announced the movies chronologically by editing each progression between 3 and 4 seconds since the theater preparation began. In addition, it also expresses symbolic objects by intermittently closing them; the chandelier indirectly tells us that this show will start soon
My movie starts in Central Station from early in the morning. The old classical station represents all the beginnings and emphasizes the importance of the station for the city. The wide-angle lens in Figure 1 is used to indicate that the morning began and a busy day in the city began. The last part of the film is a train departing from the central station home. The train slowly left the platform and strengthened the beginning of the day. By learning and using Christian Marclay's film technology, I was able to discover the unique aspects of urban life in the morning. Using various clips, I was able to tell the audience about my morning at the old central station and how it interacts with the surrounding buildings and starts from there.
